The Easter weekend is almost upon us and today’s recipe is packed with all the chocolate and all of the treats. I’ve included dark chocolate as well as Chuckles and speckled eggs (two of my weaknesses) for good measure in these rich and gooey Easter brownies. The Christmas treats continue this week and today’s recipe is totally decadent and perfect for those times when only chocolate will do! This is not your standard everyday hot chocolate, (it is pretty much a dessert in its own right) but it is utterly luscious.

It’s almost December and after trying my best over the last two months to ignore the Christmas jingles on the radio and festive paraphernalia lurking at every turn in the supermarket I have decided to embrace the season. Yes folks, I am officially “feeling Christmassy”. Over the next few weeks I will be sharing some divine Christmas treats, so let’s kick things off today with a bit of festive baking shall we?
