We are doubling down on nutty goodness this week with a brand new recipe that I put together recently – peanut butter and walnut fudge bites, yum! This is the kind of quick and easy treat that I love snacking on in the afternoon when I need an energy boost and feel like a little something sweet but guilt-free. They are so good!

I am so excited about today’s recipe, and if you are a chocoholic like me then I am sure you will be too! In our house we like to keep a jar of chocolate spread at the back of the pantry cupboard for those occasional Saturday mornings when we have pancakes for breakfast. I love a good, nourishing snack recipe, and while I often turn to date balls as my go-to home made snack (side note – I cannot believe how tiny Miss M. looks in the photographs in that post!) For most parents it was back to school today and that means having to think about lunch boxes again. I still have a couple of days to go before my littlies go back and I am already dreading them! So today’s recipe for sugar free banana muffins will hopefully provide a little inspiration and be something that the kiddies (and you!) will enjoy as a school or afternoon snack.
