Christmas biscuit truffles

Ever since I posted my no-bake Halloween biscuit truffles a few weeks ago I’ve been dying to try a Christmas version. I finally got around to it and they came out so well. Whipped feta with sesame crackers

The holiday season is on the horizon (are you counting the days like me?) and that means there’ll be lots of gatherings coming up. This latest recipe is perfect for entertaining and I hope you’ll love it as much as I do. Besides tasting great this snacky delight is also something that you can whip up relatively quickly. This is topped with slices of apple and an apricot jam glaze – an absolute treat.

Halloumi and couscous salad

The mornings are getting lighter (yay!) but it’s fairly cold and wet here in the Cape. As we head into spring I find myself turning to lighter dishes whilst still craving the comfort that comes from a hearty winter meal. This halloumi and couscous salad is the perfect example of that, and who doesn’t love melting halloumi.
