Last month I tried making frozen yoghurt bark for the first time. This light and refreshing snack could not be easier to make and I was so happy with the results. I also get very excited when I try something new and the kids love it (mom win!). When they’re craving a sweet treat or something cool on a hot afternoon then this frozen yoghurt bark hits the spot.

Back to School: 8 Days of Lunchboxes

Let me start this post by saying that as parents I don’t think we need to be packing gourmet Pinterest-worthy lunchboxes every day, we are pressured enough as it is! However, I do think that variation and balance are important, and so the purpose of this post is simply to put lots of ideas out there so you can pick and choose the components that you think your children will enjoy and that are do-able in your home.

Fruity overnight oats

 

You can rise and shine with this delicious breakfast idea! Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and when it’s a quick breakfast that I can grab on the go then it’s even better. Not only do these overnight oats taste fabulous but a serving of this is a nutritious and satisfying way to start the day too.
