Earlier this week I posted some photos on social media of a batch of biscuits I was making in the old “roll and fork” style (I was trying to create something that reminded me of the biscuits we enjoyed as kids). If you’re looking for your next cookie fix then take it from me – these peanut butter cookies should definitely be the next thing you bake. These giant, chewy cookies are loaded with peanut butter and dark chocolate and it’s virtually impossible to eat just one. Totally yum, you have been warned!

Today’s no bake chocolate treat is one that kiddies and grown ups alike will love! And I’ve realised that one can never have enough snack ideas in one’s recipe collection when little (and big) tummies need some sustenance in between meals.

I could think of few better desserts to whip up as I sit here on this chilly day wearing four layers and my thickest socks! When the temperature drops and the rain clouds roll in you’ll want to head to the kitchen and whip up this self saucing chocolate whiskey pud – trust me on this one!
