Every now and then I’ll pop some aubergine on the table at home. I love it, but so far I’ve been unable to get the rest of the family on board with this veggie. If it’s tucked into some moussaka I might just get away with it, but that’s as far as I’ve managed to get!

Blueberry, banana and lemon loaf with tahini drizzle (GF, SF, DF)

 

A while back I posted a recipe for a paleo chocolate banana loaf that was very popular with readers, and since then I have been wanting to (and it’s not often that I say this) make a non-chocolatey version with blueberries. I’m rather pleased with the results!

Falafel with minted tahini yoghurt

When it comes to chickpeas there seem to be two distinct camps – people either love ’em or hate ’em! Personally, I could eat chickpeas every day, but I know plenty of people who would not touch them… even with a very long, long barge pole.
