This triple chocolate dessert is perfect for spoiling your loved ones (and yourself) and is sure to sweeten up your celebration. It’s dark and rich (not too sweet, which I love) and has a gooey melted chocolate centre. Happy New Year foodies, it is good to be back! The Christmas tree may have been packed away and the holidays all but over, but summer is still in full swing so let’s keep that festive feeling going for a little bit longer shall we? My first new recipe of the year is a fruity sangria with a white wine twist, the perfect thing to sip on a warm evening. I’ll raise my glass to that!

Rustic coconut tarts with raspberry sauce

On Monday afternoon my daughter came home from school with a piece of cardboard covered in beautiful pink and red hearts that she had carefully painted. I looked at her artwork – hearts… love… wait a second, it’s Valentine’s Day on Friday! Truth be told, I believe in celebrating and appreciating love throughout the year and not just splurging on the 14th of February, but I was reminded of this recipe which I will be sharing today.
