Things are well and truly back in full swing and the December holidays feel like a distant memory. If you also feel like you’re lost in a blur of school emails, covering books, school runs and lunchboxes then let me take one thing off your plate (pardon the pun) with some delicious make-ahead breakfast ideas that you can grab during the morning rush.
These are some of our favourites, I hope you’ll enjoy them too. Rise and shine!
Chocolate and peanut butter chia pudding
Vanilla bean chia pudding
Stewed pineapple overnight oats
Fruity overnight oats
Mixed berry and granola yoghurt popsicles
Date and cinnamon granola
Sugar free chocolate granola
Date carrot and apple muffins
Date, carrot and apple muffins with cream cheese topping (refined sugar free)
If you have a few minutes to spare then smoothies are also a fantastic option (especially if you struggle with eating early in the morning). I like to keep my pantry and freezer stocked with everything I need so I can quickly whip something up. Here are some delicious options:
Chocolate crunch smoothie bowl
Strawberry and banana smoothie bowl
Chocolate smoothie bowl

Anything “make ahead” gets my vote and I don’t have kids!
